My package is prepaid. Do I need to show any document when collecting it?

Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate / pick up station. It can be your Voters Card, Driver’s License, Work ID, or your Passport.

Can someone collect my prepaid package on my behalf?

Yes, please ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.

My package is cash on delivery. Can someone pick it up on my behalf?

If I prepaid for my item, can I still return it?

afrikaMiniature provides you with the opportunity to return your product within 15 days for afrikaMiniature Mall items and 7 days for other eligible items. If you have a warranty on your product, potential issues may be covered under the warranty after 7 or 15 days.

If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the right side of the product page. If a product is sold by multiple vendors, the warranty period offered by each vendor will be displayed to the right of the Seller name, in the ‘more information’ box. How can I claim a warranty for my product?

You can claim the warranty by presenting your product and the warranty card at an authorized service center of the Seller. Do not hesitate to contact us here for the contact information of the service center. Please note that warranties are covered by Sellers. As a result, different sellers may offer different warranties for each product.

Where are the Warranty Service Centers?

I ordered a product with a warranty but I did not get a warranty card with my product. How can I get a warranty?

From when is the warranty for my product applicable?

I lost my warranty card. How can I get a warranty?

Even if you’ve lost your warranty card, you can still claim a warranty by presenting your afrikaMiniature invoice at any authorized service center.

I haven’t received the invoice for my order. What do I do?

A hard copy of the invoice will always be sent along with your order. If you have not received an invoice, contact us here and we will send it to you.

How can I purchase items through Economy Postal Service?

  1. If an item/order is eligible you will be able to choose Africa Postal Service as a delivery method
  2. This service is mostly available for economical products, normally within ₦2,500
  3. When you shop more than 1 item and if one of those is not a afrikaMiniature Global Africa postal Service item, we will offer you the standard service only with faster lead times.
  4. When the package is received in your Country, it will be delivered to you by the local postal provider, not by afrikaMiniature
  5. The Africa postal service provider will try to deliver the package to your address but in exceptional circumstances may ask you to collect the item from their nearest office.

Since these items are shipped through Africa Postal Service, we at afrikaMiniature have almost zero visibility on the progress of your package.

My order value is more than the Gift Card amount, what do I do now?

If your Gift Card value is less than the order amount, you will be asked to select an additional payment method to complete the payment.

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode’ services.

A 3D secure password is an additional one-time password, that you will be asked to enter on the payments page. This password is known only to you and is sent to you via email or text. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

What is my card number, expiration date, and CVV/security code?

When paying with Debit / Credit card on afrikaMiniature, we will ask you for your 16 digit Card number and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value)/Security PoDe. Please note that afrikaMiniature doesn’t save your card information(unless you specify) or CVV information and you will be asked to enter it each time you purchase on afrikaMiniature.

Why can’t I see the option for Pay On Delivery at checkout?

It could be that:

  • You have in your cart a ‘shipped by overseas (see the afrikaMiniature Global’ logo)’ item or a digital product (ex: ticket, coupons).
  • Your total cart value is under ₦1,500.
  • Your delivery option (Location or Pickup Station) is not eligible for Pay On Delivery.
  • Pay on Delivery is currently disabled on your account.
  • The item (not shipped from overseas) requires prepayment before processing.

Why is the Pay on Delivery disabled on my account?

Our system has flagged your account as being associated with an unusual number of canceled/rejected orders and for this reason, the Pay on Delivery option is currently disabled on your account.

What are the conditions for my return?

Products can be returned only during the 7 days following the delivery, with the below conditions:

Condition A:

  • If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised; or
  • If you do not want the product anymore. Then the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all seals & tags intact

Condition B:

  • If the product is damaged at arrival, defective at arrival or counterfeit; or
  • If your fashion product is the wrong size. Then the product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags, and free gifts must also be returned.

When can I get a refund?

You can request a refund if:

  • You canceled a prepaid order
  • You rejected a prepaid order
  • You returned an order within afrikaMiniature’s 7-day return policy

How will I get my refund?

To process your refund, you have the option to request a refund via afrikaMiniature Refund Voucher or bank transfer.

How long would it take to get my refund?

Once your item has been retrieved, expect an overall duration of 10 days to receive your refund, provided the return is matching the returns conditions.

I received something I didn’t order. What now?

We apologize for this error. When possible, please verify the item delivered by our delivery agent and reject if it doesn’t match what you ordered. If you were unable to check the item on delivery, not you worry, you can return it within 7 days (see information about the return policy).

Do I also get refunded the delivery fees when returning a product?

The refunded amount will include the Delivery fees amount you were charged. However, the international shipping/custom fee IS NOT REFUNDABLE

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to afrikaMiniature.

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your whole order. You can return a certain product(s).

What if my returned item is not cleared for a refund?

If your return is not cleared for a refund, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

Please note that we will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.
